In the shadow of highway 24 lies a neighborhood experiencing a major revival for the past few years. The major street running through the neighborhood, Telegraph Avenue which runs north from Downtown Oakland to Berkeley, has witnessed a growing surge of new businesses cropping up. Close to Rockridge and Piedmont Avenue this neighborhood is ideally located for lots of future gentrification. MaCarthur BART offers ease in transportation as does the access to freeways.
